Main Banquet Hall NAGANO

With 1,620 m2 of space, and capacity for up to 2,000 guests, the Nagano Main Banquet
Hall is a versatile community room. Equipment includes full lighting, audio, and video
devices suited to large parties, symposia, concerts, or other similar performance events.

International Conference Hall ASAMA

The Asama International Conference Hall features full, functional equipment for performance
events. Subdivided use (6 rooms) is also available to address whatever capacity or needs your
event requires. Lighting, audio, and sound equipment make the versatile hall perfect for
international conferences, any kind of party, banquet, exhibition, or invitational gathering.

Banquet Hall CHIKUMA

The Chikuma Banquet Hall features a relaxing atmosphere accented by its high ceiling
and broad windows looking out onto inspiring views. With capacity for up to 400
guests (theater seating), the facility is well suited for invitational gatherings,
meetings, receptions, exhibitions, wedding parties, and other diverse events.

NIRENOKI HALL

Subdividable into five halls, each with maximum capacity for 80 guests (theater seating), the Nirenoki
Hall is surrounded by Karuizawa's signature natural scenery and charm. Each room can add the
perfect gentle accent to your meeting, meal, small group wedding party, or other gathering.

Meeting Room AKASHIYA,SHAKUNAGE,SHIRAKABA

Natural view of Karuizawa can be seen through the windows. Our conference rooms are
suitable for small meetings or conferences. Due to the interior renewal in September
2016, each room was changed into more comfortable and relaxing meeting space.
