- Afternoon tea with pastry chef's specialties inspired by nature and wild animals. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to support conservation activities.

- We are expanding our menu to accommodate diversifying eating habits, including vegan dinner courses that allow you to taste nature's bounty with 100% plant-based ingredients, sushi, hamburgers, and more.

- Restaurant Local production for local consumption and substandard food materials
- We offer a food-mileage conscious menu that includes “OASIS FARM HATAKE,” which uses a variety of vegetables grown in Tokyo, and pasta using out-of-spec tomatoes from Yatsushiro, Kumamoto Prefecture, which are not sold in the market.

- Restaurant Sustainable breakfast menu
- Scrambled eggs made with soybeans and other plant-based ingredients are available for the breakfast egg dish selection. Some of the dishes on the half buffet will feature a plant-based menu.

- Event Passing on Japanese culture
- We offer the "Gallery Experience" program exclusively for hotel guests to experience Japanese culture, such as the tea ceremony and Japanese sake tasting.

- For Kids “Travel Education” through SDGs and Hotel Experiences
- We had launched a stay plan that includes a teddy bear made of environmentally friendly materials and an eco-bottle (in 2022 and 2023). The hotel will continue to offer programs for children to experience the future through “travel education”.

- Aiming to be an environmentally friendly hotel that helps build a sustainable future, we have introduced an accommodation plan that allows guests to experience the abundant blessings of nature through the food and lifestyle of the sustainable and advanced country of Finland. (2023, 2024)

- Guest Room 100% recycled plastic bottles
- The original natural mineral water we serve in guest rooms, Minami-Uonuma Spring Water, uses label-free 100% recycled plastic bottles.

- Guest Room Introduction of bamboo toothbrushes & wooden brushes
- To address the problem of marine plastic and reduce CO2 emissions, we have eliminated plastic toothbrushes and brushes from in-room amenities, introducing bamboo toothbrushes and wooden brushes instead.

- Guest Room Bath amenities changed to pump bottles
- In order to reduce the amount of plastic we use, we have switched our BYREDO bath amenities from small disposable containers to pump bottles.

- Guest Room Sustainable solutions
- We offer a sustainable, earth-friendly way to travel, such as donating disposable amenities not used by guests toward environmental conservation activities.

- Restaurant Introduction of grass straws and paper straws
- We have introduced "grass straws," a safe and secure product made from completely natural and biodegradable materials, and paper straws to reduce plastic waste.

- Restaurant Wooden utensils for children
- In consideration of the environment, wooden utensils for use by children are available at each restaurant.

- Christmas Event Ornaments using plants from the budding garden
- Handmade ornaments made from the flowers and leaves of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho. After guests wrote messages on them, they were used to decorated a Christmas tree.(2021, 2022)

- Guest Room Member of the Nespresso recycling program
- The coffee-makers installed in guest rooms are part of the Nespresso aluminum capsule recycling program. We use environmentally friendly products.

- Hotel Contributing to energy conservation
- Across the entire structure of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, we are actively working on extensive replacement with LED lighting, water-saving toilets, and separation of waste.

- Akasaka Prince Classic House Protection of Cultural Properties (Tangible Cultural Properties of Tokyo Metropolitan Government)
- The Akasaka Prince Classic House (former Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka), the very starting point of our hotel, was designated as a Tangible Cultural Property by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2011. We contribute to the protection of cultural assets symbolic of the city.

- Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho Taking part in urban conservation and cleanup activities
- We participate in green space cleanup activities at Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, where the hotel is located, and we contribute to the conservation of forests and biodiversity.

- Community Self-defense firefighting and BCP training
- We also take part in the Self-Defense Firefighting Training Review, in which the Kojimachi Fire Department of Chiyoda Ward checks the results of our self-defense firefighting training.

- Community Sanno Festival
- We participate in the Sanno Festival, one of Japan’s three major festivals, held by Hie Shrine.

- Charity Work Charity & Volunteer activities
- We take part in fundraising activities for disaster-stricken areas as well as charity events and volunteer activities organized by Marriott International. We hope that our ongoing commitment to these activities conveys our ideals.

- We actively take part in internal and external contests to improve our customer service, study new techniques, and develop human resources.

- We regularly invite chefs and bartenders from overseas hotels that are members of Marriott International's Luxury Collection brand. We strive to create opportunities to learn and experience different culinary cultures and techniques.

- Guest rooms are available with handrails, sliding doors, and wheelchair accessibility.

- All of our kitchens are equipped with facilities for hygienic and efficient management of ingredients, and we hold regular food hygiene seminars and practice thorough inventory control.

- We hold regular compliance education and committee meetings to educate everyone in the company and to ensure proper understanding and management of compliance.
