What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
*Please note that the check-in time may vary depending on your accommodation plan.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
As a general rule, no. Member benefits are only available for reservations made through the official website.
However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the amount of reservations on the day. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Can I be on the waiting list for a reservation online?
We do not have a waiting list.
The person making the reservation is not the same person as the guest. How do I make a reservation?
When you make a reservation online, there is a step for you to fill in the name of the person staying at the hotel. Please fill in the full name.

Can I change to another plan after making a reservation online?
It is possible to change the plan, but please cancel the previous reservation by yourself after making a new reservation.
Are there any rules that I need to agree to when I make a reservation online?
In order to ensure the proper use of our services, we have established the "Terms of Use for the Internet Reservation System" and we ask that customers make reservations after agreeing with these terms.
In addition, we ask you to comply with the "Prince Smart Inn Accommodation Agreement" and the terms and conditions in order to use this system.

What kind of room amenities are available?
You can choose the amenities yourself in the lobby. We have nightwear, toothbrush, razor, hairbrushes, paper cups.
Is there Internet access?
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Can I request a "non-smoking room"?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Can the air conditioning in the rooms be adjusted for both heating and cooling?
The entire building is centrally air-conditioned you cannot choose the heating or cooling system.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms.
Do you have any children's fee?
No, there is no children’s fee.
Payment FAQs
When should I pay the accommodation fee?
Please pay by credit card upon arrival. Please note that we are not able to accept cash.
How much is the cancellation fee?
If you cancel on the day of your stay, 100% of the room rate will be charged, and if there is no notice of cancellation and you decide not to stay, 100% of the room rate will be charged. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please ask us when you make a reservation.
If you notify on the day of cancellation: 100%
If you do not notify us nor stay: 100%
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept VISA, MASTER,AMEX, UC, DC, DINERS, UFJ, NICOS, SAISON, SEIBU PRINCE CLUB.
Is cash payment available? Can I use SEIBU Smile POINTS?
Cash payment is not available.
SEIBU Smile POINTS cannot be used for payment.
Will I be asked to enter a password when I pre-pay with my card?
You will only be asked to enter your password if you have applied for the Identity Authentication Service with your credit card company and have registered a password.

Can I use a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are not accepted. Prince Tickets are also not accepted.
Can I use the Seibu Holdings shareholder discount coupon?
It is not accepted.
Service FAQs
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
There is a baggage space on the 2nd floor for guests to leave their own luggage.
This space is for the exclusive use of guests. Baggage can be used before check-in and after check-out only on the same day.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
If you wish to send your package in advance, please fill out a form with the guest's name and check-in date.
Can I send a package from the hotel?
There is no courier service at the hotel. Please contact the front desk for information on nearby facilities that offer delivery services.
Is there a parking lot?
We do not have a private parking space for our guests. We can recommend you a coin-operated parking lot in the vicinity.
Do you have foreign currency exchange?
We do not have foreign currency exchange in the hotel. We can recommend you a nearby bank.
Do you have a massage service?
We do not have a massage service.
Do you deliver newspapers?
There is no delivery service.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. There is no smoking area in the building.
Do you have a vending machine?
There are no vending machines in the building; beverages are sold at the cafe on the 2nd floor.
Do you have an ice machine?
It is located on the 2nd floor.
Do you have a laundromat?
It is located on the 2nd floor.
Do you have a barrier-free restroom?
There is a multipurpose restroom on the 2nd floor.
Do you have wheelchairs?
There is one available. Please let our staff know if you would like to use it.
