Urban North Resort Like No Other

The 81 guest rooms on floors 22 to 27,
offering panoramic views of Sapporo's cityscape and mountains,
will be renovated with a design based on the sky at dusk.
The interior will be renovated to make the most of the views from the higher floors and create a more spacious feel,
for example by positioning the beds in the double rooms facing the windows.
The lounge area by the window will provide guests with a dazzling night viewthat will add color to their rest and make them feel like they are in a resort even though they are in the city,
providing a soothing yet exciting stay.

A new club lounge will be established on the top floor (28th floor). As an inclusive service exclusively for guests staying on the club floor, drinks and food are served and it also operates as a breakfast venue. Alcoholic drinks are also available during cocktail hour. Featuring both a lounge area and a dining area, this space allows guests to relax at any time and for any occasion, making their hotel stay even more fulfilling.

In 2018, the standard floor guest rooms were renovated with the hotel concept of "Urban North Resort Like No Other."
Following the renovation of the superior floor guest rooms in 2020, the club floor has now been born, marking the 20th anniversary of the Tower's opening.

The club lounge, whose theme colors are the sky blue of the magic hour and the gradation of blue, and the guest rooms, which utilize natural textures such as wood, leather, and Ezo Japanese paper, are interwoven into a high quality space. A fusion of resort atmosphere and urban flair.

A calm and chic space with blue as the theme color, inspired by the majestic Toyohira River. From the upper floors guests can enjoy views of the changing seasons. In addition to twin and triple rooms, there are also connecting rooms that can accommodate four people.

The theme color is yellow, inspired by the ginkgo tree-lined streets of Hokkaido, creating a bright and friendly atmosphere. The rooms offer maximum living space and consist of twin rooms and triple rooms suitable for families and groups.

In addition to the Club Twin Room and Club Double Room, the 63㎡ Club Suite Room and the 105㎡ Club Royal Suite Room will also be renovated in sequence.
With the introduction of a sofa bed, the Club Royal Suite Room can accommodate up to six people.

The walls, with their accent color reminiscent of the crimson sky at dusk, feature artwork made from Ezo Japanese paper with motifs of snow and clouds, creating a natural warmth and Hokkaido feel.
