PROFILE
Originally from France. He has worked as head chef at famous restaurants such as the Ritz-Carlton Atelier. He received the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef-something like the “Academy Awards for cooking”-in 2009. Earned two Michelin stars in two consecutive years (2019 & 2020) as well as three stars from the New York Times. His outstanding technique and perfect service have won high acclaim.
