Trained under French master Alain Ducasse and appointed executive chef at a 3-star restaurant in Monaco. Acquired Le Gindreau in Saint-Médard, France from owner-chef in 2013, later earning 2 Michelin stars (2017). His culinary creations that make use of his experience and masterful technique continue to be widely loved.
