Older brother Vincenzo Lebano, executive chef and younger brother Antonio Lebano, chief chef at the main dining ply their trade at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Milan. After gaining experience at such places as the Michelin 3-star restaurant Da Vittorio, known as one of the pinnacles of Italian cuisine, they continue to surprise with the traditional cuisine of Northern Italy finished in a contemporary style.
