Owner and chef of La Ferme de Voisins, a traditional French restaurant in southwestern Versailles. He is also a member of the Association des Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, serving on the group’s executive committee. His dishes, rooted in tradition but created with endlessly unique inspiration, continue to be appreciated by French food-lovers.
