本規約は、宿泊、宴会等で株式会社西武・プリンスホテルズワールドワイド（以下「当社」という。）の施設を利用するお客さま（以下 「利用者」という。）が、当社の提供する無線LANによるインターネット接続サービス（以下「本サービス」という 。）を利用する際の条件を定めることを目的とします。
This agreement (“the Agreement”) is an agreement between Prince Hotels, Inc. (“the Company”) and a guest of the accommodations, banquets and other facilities of the Company (“the User”). Its purpose is to set forth the conditions governing the use by the User of the wireless LAN internet connection service provided by the Company (“the Service”).

• 本サービスは、利用者に対し、当社施設内に設置した無線LANアクセスポイントを使用したインターネット接続 サービスを提供するものです。
  The Service consists of the provision to the User of an internet connection service using wireless LAN access points installed in the facilities of the Company.
• 前項のアクセスポイント以外に本サービスの利用に必要となるモバイル機器、Webブラウザ等は、利用者が自ら用意しなければなりません。ただし、当社が別途サービスとして提供する場合はこの限りではありません。
  For use of the Service other than through the access points described in Paragraph 1 above, for example through mobile devices, Web browsers or the like, the User will need to furnish said devices himself/herself, unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement.

利用者は、本サービスを24時間利用することができます。
The User can use the Service 24 hours a day.

本サービスの利用料金は、無料とします。
The Service is provided free of charge.

• 本サービスの利用を希望する場合、利用者は、当社からご案内するSSID、セキュリティ・キーを使用して無線 LANに接続します。
  When the User wishes to use the Service, the User connects to the wireless LAN using the SSID and security key explained by the Company.
• 第2条第2項但書の場合を除き、無線LANへの接続に係るモバイル機器等の設定は、利用者が行うものとします。
  Except as described in Article 2, Paragraph 2, the User shall perform the mobile-device or other settings related to connection to the wireless LAN.

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
In using the Service, the User is prohibited from the following actions.

• 犯罪若しくは犯罪に結び付く行為又はそのおそれのある行為
  (1) Crimes and actions suspected of leading to crimes
• 公序良俗に反する行為若しくはそのおそれのある行為又は公序良俗に反する 情報を提供する行為
  Actions that are or may be contrary to public morals, and provision of information contrary to public morals
• 当社又は第三者の名誉、プライバシー、著作権等の知的財産権その他の権利 を侵害する行為又はそのおそれのある行為
  Actions injurious to the reputation, privacy, copyrights, intellectual property rights or other rights of the Company or any third party
• 当社から交付されたSSID、セキュリティ・キー、利用者IDを、貸与、譲渡その他の方法により第三者に開示し又は漏洩する行為
  Lending, transfer or disclosure by any other means to any third party of any SSID, security key and/or user ID provided by the Company
• コンピュータウイルス等の有害なプログラムを使用又は提供する行為
  Actions that use or provide computer viruses or other harmful programs
• 通信販売、連鎖販売取引、業務提供誘引販売その他の目的で、特定又は不特定多数のメールアドレスに大量のメールを送信する行為
  Dissemination of large volumes of e-mail to large numbers of persons, specified or unspecified, for purposes of e-commerce, multilevel marketing, business-opportunity-related sales, or other purposes
• 当社又は第三者を誹謗中傷する行為
  Slander of the Company or any third party
• 選挙期間中であるか否かを問わず、選挙運動又はこれに類する行為
  Election campaigning or similar activities, whether during an election period or otherwise
• 性風俗、宗教又は政治に関する活動
  Prostitution, religious proselytization or political activity
• 前各号に掲げるもののほか、法令に違反する行為若しくはそのおそれのある行為又は当社が不適切であると判断した行為
  In addition to the above, any actions that are or may be illegal or that the Company deems inappropriate

• 利用者は、本サービス利用時に利用者に生じたコンピュータウイルス感染、データの破損、不正アクセスによる情報漏洩その他一切の損害について、自ら責任を負います。
  The User is solely responsible for any damage whatsoever that may occur due to the User’s use of the Service, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, destruction of data and leakage of data caused by unlawful access.
• 利用者は、本サービスを利用してインターネット上の有料サービスを利用した場合であっても、自らその代金 、費用等を負担し、当社は、これに対して一切の責任を負いません。
  The User is solely responsible for fees and expenses incurred by the User in the course of using the Service, including use of fee-payable online services. The Company bears no responsible for such fees and expenses whatsoever.
• 利用者が本サービスを利用したことにより、他の利用者を含む第三者との間に紛争等が生じた場合、利用者は 、自らの責任及び負担においてこれを解決し、当社がその対応を余儀なくされ、当該紛争等が利用者の責に帰すべき事由によるときは、当社に対し、その対応に要した一切の費用（合理的な弁護士費用等を含む。）を直ちに支払わなければなりません。
  If any dispute arises with any third parties, including other users of the Service, as a result of the User’s use of the Service, the User shall resolve the issue under the User’s responsibility and at the User’s expense. If the Company is unavoidably obliged to take action in response, and the User is responsible for said dispute, the User shall immediately pay all expenses required for said response, including reasonable legal expenses.

• 利用者は、誠実に本規約を遵守する義務を負います。
  The User bears responsibility to comply strictly with the terms of the Agreement in good faith.
• 利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当社は、利用者に対する本サービスの提供を直ちに停止し又は終了すること ができます。
  If the User violates the Agreement, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate provision of the Service to the User.

• 本サービスは、施設内の全ての場所、時間における確実なインターネット接続を約束するものではありません。利用者がインターネット接続をする場所、時間帯、接続する機器の種類・数、使用するソフトウェアの種類、通信内容その他の事情により、インターネットに接続できない、接続が不安定になる、通信速度が低下する等の可能性があります。
  The Service does not promise that a reliable internet connection will be available at all locations within the Company’s facilities and at all times. The User may experience failure to connect to the internet, unreliable connection or slow communication speed due to the location or time of internet connection, the types and numbers of connecting devices, the types of software used by the User, the nature of the content being sent or received, or other factors.
• 当社は、本サービスの内容及び利用者が本サービスを通じて得る情報等につき、いかなる保証も行いません。
  The Company makes no guarantee of any sort whatsoever regarding the content of the Service or information the User may obtain through the use of the Service.

• 利用者が本規約に違反し、当社又は第三者に損害を与えた場合、利用者は、当該損害を賠償する責任を負います。
  If the User commits a violation of the Agreement that leads to damages to the Company or any third party, the User shall be responsible for compensation for said damages.
• 利用者がその責めに帰すべき事由により本規約に違反し、利用者自身に損害が生じた場合であっても、当社は、当該損害につき一切の責任を負いません。
  If the User violates the Agreement for reasons that are the responsibility of the User, the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages occurring to the User.

• 当社は、本サービスの適切な利用を図るため、利用者のアクセスログの記録、特定の接続の制限その他本サービスの運営上必要な管理を行うことができます。
  To ensure appropriate use of the Service, the Company may record the User’s access logs, restrict certain connections or otherwise manage the Service as necessary for its operation.
• 次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合、当社は、利用者へ通知することなく、本サービスの全部又は一部の提供を停止することができます。
  If any of the following conditions applies, the Company may suspend provision of the Service to the User, in whole or in part, without notice to the User.
  
  
  • 本サービスの保守又は工事を行う場合
    The Service requires maintenance or installation.
  • 暴動、騒乱、労働争議、地震、噴火、洪水、津波、火災、停電その他の非常事態により、本サービスの運用が通常どおり実施できないおそれのある場合
    Normal operation of the Service is not possible due to insurrection, public disturbance, labor strife, earthquake, volcanic eruption, flooding, tsunami, fire, electrical power failure or other unusual occurrence.
  • 本サービスに係る設備やネットワークの障害等、やむを得ない事由がある場合
    Suspension of the Service is unavoidable due to damage to the equipment or networks of the Service or other similar reason.
  • 前3号に掲げるもののほか、当社が必要と判断した場合
    Other than for the reasons listed in Items (1) to (3) above, the Company deems it necessary to suspend the Service.
• 利用者の宿泊、宴会等による当社施設の利用が終了した場合、当社は、利用者へ通知することなく、本サービスの提供を終了することができます。
  When the User has finished using the facilities of the Company for accommodation, banquet or other purposes, the Company may terminate provision of the Service to the User without notice.
• 前各項の措置により、利用者又は第三者に損害が生じた場合、当社は、当該損害につき一切の責任を負いません。
  The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damages that may occur to the User or any third party as a result of the measures described in Paragraphs 1 to 3 above.

当社は、次の目的のため、本サービスを通じて取得した個人情報を利用します。
The Company uses the personal information it collects through the Service for the following purposes.

• 本サービスの照会 及び受付のため
  To make and accept inquiries regarding the Service
• 利用者の本人確認等のため
  To confirm the User’s identity and similar information
• 本サービスの提供に関する妥当性の判断のため
  To judge the appropriateness of provision of the Service
• 利用者との契約や法律等に基づく権利の行使や義務の履行のため
  To exercise rights and fulfill responsibilities based on agreements with the User, the law and other considerations
• 市場調査やデータ分析等によるサービスの向上や開発のため
  To conduct market surveys, data analysis and other actions to improve and develop the Service
• サービスの終了後の管理のため
  To manage the Service after Service termination
• その他利用者との取引を適切かつ円滑に履行するため
  Otherwise for the appropriate and smooth exercise of transactions with the User

当社は、以下の業務を他の事業者に委託する際に、本サービスを通じて取得した個人情報の全部又は一部を提供することができます。
When the Company entrusts the following duties to a contractor, the Company may provide some or all of the User’s personal information acquired through the Service to said contractor.

• お客様相談等の対応業務
  Customer consultation and similar duties
• サービスの向上や開発業務
  Improvement and development of the Service
• 本サービスの保守又は継続に関する業務
  Maintenance and continuation of the Service
• その他利用者との取引を適切かつ円滑に履行するための業務
  Other duties for the appropriate and smooth exercise of transactions with the User

本規約は、日本法における法の抵触についての規範（法の適用に関する通則法）の如何に関わらず、日本法を準拠法とし、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
Regardless of norms in the laws of Japan regarding infringement of the law (Act on General Rules), the Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan and is interpreted in accordance with those laws.

当社は、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、本規約の内容（本サービスの内容を含む。）を変更し又は本サービスの提供を廃止することができます。なお、本規約の変更は、変更等の効力発生日の1ヵ月前までに、本規約を変更する旨及び変更後の本規約の内容、効力発生日を当WEBサイトにてお知らせし、効力発生日以降は、変更等後の本規約が最新のものとして本サービスに適用されます。
The Company may without the User’s consent change the terms of the Agreement (including the content of the Service) or eliminate provision of the Service. In the event of a change of the Agreement, the Company shall, no later than one month before the effective date of the change, provide notice on the Company’s website of the upcoming change, the content of the Agreement after the change and the effective date of the change. On and after the effective date of the change, the agreement as changed shall be applied to the Service as the newest version of the Agreement.
